Production and Delivery Times

All QeeQ.It products are made in Italy at the request of the customer. Production generally takes around 15 working days. Once our products have been prepared and tested, they are diligently packaged, well protected by highly dimensioned boxes with highly recyclable materials and shipped via the best international carriers within 3/4 days. Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as shipping costs.

The "Estimated Delivery Time" is indicated in the order, and it includes the time it takes for production and delivery with Ordinary Delivery of the product paid with Paypal. Indicated time is an average one, that may be subjected to variation and therefore is not contractually binding and can in no way be considered essential by the Customer. In case of any delay in production or transport, we will notify you in advance.

Warning: When picking up from the courier, please check that the packaging is not damaged, neither wet nor altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal closures). If it was in any way damaged, dispute the fact to the courier by naming the "withdrawal with reservation" on the accompanying document. Also this must be immediately reported by phone or e-mail sending the photo of the damaged package
